A fatal crash involving Autopilo

Autopilo is a car-hailing app that connects passengers with private car services. Users can book private cars from various driver-partners looking for additional income. Users can either book a specific time and duration or share an address. Once the user books a car via autopilo, the driver receives a notification and can accept the booking. After the user has booked a car, the driver is expected to arrive within 15 to 20 minutes. Autopilo is available in select cities.

This blog post is about the fatal crash involving Autopilo, its implications, and steps to prevent such crashes in the future.

The online survey conducted by Autopilo was found to be fraudulent by researchers. The survey was conducted in two separate groups, and one group consisted of people who had used Autopilo, while the other group consisted of people who had not used the app. A relatively large portion of those who had used Autopilo responded negatively about it, with 66% saying that they did not find it helpful and 18% saying they deleted it at some point during their usage experience.

Only 8% said they would recommend that other people use it and 15% would recommend using its services in future if they were allowed to choose between different private car services once again in the future – 31% said they would never use Autopilo ag again and 14% said they do not know whether they would ever use it again since their original experience with Autopilo was so negative. It appears that people who had given Autopilo a negative review did not like its services and would not recommend it. The above results suggest that people who have used the app would not recommend it to others or use it in the future, thus contradict the company’s claims that Autopilo is “the most important car-hailing app since Uber.”
